Note for:   Ann E. Bower,   ABT 1854 -          Index

Individual Note:
Maiden Name may have been Bower, because there is an Ellen Bower living with Ella and Charles Schuttinger in 1910 in NYC. It states that she is the grandmother.

Maiden name may have been Hall. There is a Robert Hall, 42, living in AuSable (Keeseville), Clinton Co., NY in 1860 with a daughter Anne E. Hall, 6. Robert's wife's name is also Ann, 41. They were both born in Ireland. The children are: Joseph, 18; Robert, 14; Thomas, 12; Ann E. 6; Mary I. 4; Emma F. 1; all born in NY. Robert is a shoemaker.

In 1870 the same family still lives in AuSable, but the mother, Ann seems to have been replaced by a Malvina F. 50.

In 1880 only the parents, Robert and Melvina still living in AuSable.
