Also living with him are his wife, Mary J., 56; daughter Amanda E. 24 b. May 1875; Estella, 16 b. May 1884; grandson (Amanda's children), Harry W. (Collins), June 1898 and Maggie M. March 1900, 2 months old. Jessie and Mary have been married for 39/37 years, with 4 of 7 children living. Amanda is listed as married for two years, with two of two children living. All born in PA. Jessie is a day laborer.

Individual Note: Theodore Schrum was found in the 1930 Federal Census living at 55 Bates Streeet N.W. Washington, DC. Living with him are his wife, Margaret 30; daughter, Ellen, 9; son, Robert, 3; and daughter, Janet, one year three months old. Theodore was 26 when first married and Margaret was 19. He rents the house for $19 per month. He is a chauffeur for a taxicab company. Theodore was born in PA and his parents in Germany. Also living with them are Margaret's mother, Amanda, 53 and step-father George Husselton, 63. George was 37 when he married Amanda when she was 27. Both were born in PA. George is a laborer in odd jobs.

Holdren - Mrs. Nora E. Holdren, 42, of Montoursville, died Thursday in the Williamsport Hospital. Surviving are her husband, Artie; three sons, Artie, Jr., of Philadelphia; and Donald and Dean at home; her mother, Mrs. Susan Sherwood, of Muncy; two brothers and four sisters. The last Mrs. Holdren was a member of the Montoursville Garden Club and the Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm today at the Spitler Funeral Home, with burial in the Muncy Cemetery, where the pastor, the Rev. T.M. Stone, will officiate.

Worthington - Cleon E. Worthington, 41, of Lairdsville R.D. 3, cupola foreman at the Spencer Heater Company was fatally injured Tuesday when his skull was crushed by a crane trolley which had ran off the switch. he died 20 minutes later at the Williamsport Hospital,to whcih he was rushed by ambulance. The cab which contained Mr. Worthington dropped ten feet to the floor of the plant when the trolley fell upon it. Mr. Worthington, a Spencer Heater employee for 23 years, is survived by three daughters and a son, Doris, Nancy, Ida May and Herbert. all at home; his father and mother, Mr. & Mrs. Harry Worthington of Unityville, and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Earl Ring of Milmay, NJ; Mrs. Ernest Smith of Unityville R.D.; Mrs. Howard Holdren and Frank R. of Unityville; Walter L. of Virginia Cal; Grant of Fort Ord, Cal.; Clifford, of Unityville; Mrs. John Farenbach of Muncy R.D.; Thomas of Milroy and Edwin of Unityville. Funeral Services were held yesterday.

The 1920 Federal Census lists Albert B. Nichols, 45, residing at 914 Walnut Street, Loyalsock Twp., Lycoming Co. PA. Also living with him are his wife, A. Lorena, 40; sons, Bertram, 14; Thomas V., 9; John C., 7 and L. Lorena 4 yrs, 9 months. Mrs. Nichols was born in New York along with her parents; all others born in PA. Albert is a painter and rents his house.
The 1930 Federal census lists Albert B. Nichols, 54, living at 605 Spruce Street, Williamsport, Lycoming Co., PA. Living with him are his wife, Annie, 49; sons, Richard B., 24; Thomas, 19; John C., 18; and daughter, Ella L. 15. He owns the house which is valued at $1800. They do not own a radio. Albert is not employed but his sons Richard and Thomas are paper hangers; John is a bread maker in a bakery.
Coincidentally, the 1930 Federal Census lists an Albert W. Nichols, 62, residing at 51 East 7th St, Williamsport, PA, along with his wife, Lorena, 61. He owns his house which is valued at $8000. The census states that he was born in NY and she in PA. He is a janitor and carpenter for St. Paul's Church.
There is a family living in Chapman Township, Snyder County, PA in 1880 which could be Albert's parents. They are C.R. Nichols, 32 and his wife Lucetta, 24, both born in PA. They have three children, Albert 5; Mary 3; and Elizabeth E. one month old, born in May. C.R. Nichols is a painter and does not know where his parents were born. Lucetta cannot write, she was born in PA. More research is needed to prove. (June 22, 1880)
