Mary E. Yeagle
Mary E. Yeagle, 88, of 232 Pine Tree Lane, Montoursville, passed away on July 5, 2007 at her residence.
She was born July 6, 1918 in Eldred Twp., the daughter of Ernest O. and Rosia Plank Katzmaier.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Warrensville.
Mary is survived by 2 sons, Robert L. of Cogan Station, Elwood H. of Montoursville; 3 daughters, Charlotte M. Gray and Pamela J. Foust both of Montoursville; Virginia M. Stroble of Trout Run; 20 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace E. Yeagle, 2 daughters, Beverly A. Davis and Patricia L. Shoop.
Graveside services will be Saturday, July 7, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Warrensville, with Pastor Glen F. Myers officiating. There will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Warrensville, 5665 Warrensville Rd., Montoursville, Pa 17754 or Susquehanna Regional Home Health and Hospice, 1100 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.

Randall H. Yeagle
Randall H. Yeagle, 42, of Williamsport, died Jan. 2, 2006 in Williamsport Hospital.
Born Aug. 20, 1963 in Williamsport, he was the son of Robert L. and Olivia L. Dawes Yeagle.
He had worked as a roofer for Gayle Boyer Roofing.
Surviving besides his father of Cogan Station are two daughters, Jade Yeagle of Port St. Lucie, Fla. and Sharanda of Hughesville; grandmothers, Mary Yeagle of Montoursville and Velda Scott of Williamsport; two brothers, Robert L. Yeagle Jr. of Williamsport and James A. Yeagle of Montoursville; three sisters, Cheryl L. Stieve of Wausau, Wis., Cynthia J. Maiolo of Ft. Myers, Fla., and Bonita L. Henley of Montoursville.
The funeral and burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Individual Note: The 1850 Census lists a Wm Montague, 25, and his wife, Hannah, 24, living in Shrewsbury Twp., Lycoming Co., PA. They have one son Bodine, 4. William is a blacksmith. All born in PA. No property value is listed. (September 4, 1850; p. 3)

"William Montague, aged about 30 years, a blacksmith, parents names not
known, wife's name Hannah, he was found dead on a mountain, died about
Dec. 31st, 1853, supposed to be in Sullivan Co,. Pa., buried Lutheran Grave
Yard, Muncy Creek Twp., cert. returned by G. W. Taylor, recorded 3 May 1854."

"William Montague found dead on Monday morning, near Corson's, Shrewsbury Township, this county."

Individual Note: The 1860 Federal Census of lists a Hannah McClintock, 36 and her husband, Joseph McClintock, living in Shrewsbury Twp., Lycoming Co., PA with their son William C., 2. Other children in the household are: Maria A. Montague, 8; Martha J. Montague, 5; and George M. Montague, 9. Joseph is a farmer. (June 18, 1860; p. 43, Post office: Corsons) [Research Note: It is believed that Hannah remarried after the death of her husband William Montague in 1856.]
