     The 1930 Federal Census lists Albert R. Heagy, 50 and his wife, Isabella M. 40 living in (2323 Covontry or Country Blvd N.E.) Canton City, Stark Co., OH. Their children are : Albert R. Heagy, Jr. 17 and John P. 7. Albert and the children were born in PA. Isabella was born in Scotland and her parents in England. (April 15, 1930; E.D. 76-58; sheet 23A; page 217)

     The 1920 Federal Census lists Elmer P. Heagy, 37 and his wife, Gertrude, 35 living at 2304 California Avenue, 27th ward Pittsburgh, Allegheny Co., PA. They have three children: Florence E. 13; Gertrude R., 11; and Paul R. 9. All born in PA. Elmer is a Br Moulder for the Railroad. Elmer rents the house. (January 7, 1920; E.D. 750; Sheet 4B).

According to his WWII Draft Registration Card: Elmer Paul Heagy lives at 936 Clive Street, Avalon, PA. He is 60 years old, born January 27, 1882 in Pittsburgh, PA.

     The 1910 Federal Census lists Nelson Forsburg, 23, and his wife, Daisy D. 22, living at 765 W. Fourth Street, Williamsport, Lycoming Co., PA. They have one son: Spencer C., 1. Nelson and his parents were born in Sweden, he immigrated in 1890. He is a naturalized citizen. He is a tinner in his shop. He rents his house. They have been married three years. (April 19, 1910; E.D. 82; Sheet 5A)

The 1920 Federal Census lists Nelson Forsberg, 39 and his family living at 645 Maple Street, Williamsport, Lycoming Co., PA. Also living with him are his wife, Daisy, 32; sons: Spencer, 10; Donald, 9; Jack, 5 and Ned, 2 years 4 months; and his mother-in-law, Hattie Duffield; 68, widowed. Nelson is a "tinner" in his own shop. Nelson's parents were born in Sweden, all others born in Pennsylvania. (April 14-15, 1920; E.D. 104; Sheet 12A).

The 1930 Federal Census lists Nelson Forsberg, 43 and his family living at 739 Park Avenue, Williamsport, Lycoming Co., PA. Also living with him are his wife, Daisy, 40; sons: Spencer, 21; Donald, 19; Jack, 15 and Ned, 13, Frederick A. 4 years 8 months, and Robert N. 1 year old; and his mother-in-law, Hattie Duffield; 71, widowed; and sister-in-law, Maud Rosman, 52, widowed. Nelson is a a metal worker in a tin shop, with his sons, Spencer and Donald. Nelson and his parents were born in Sweden, all others born in Pennsylvania. (April 7, 1930; E.D. 41-78; Sheet 8B).

"Woman Struck in Neck by Stray .22 Caliber Bullet"
Mrs. Anna Null of Montoursville RD2 was struck in the neck by a bullet from .22 caliber gun Monday at 2:30 pm. The 29-year old widow was admitted to the Williamsport Hospital and the pellet removed. Her condition was reported as satisfactory.
The woman, the wife of the late Russell Null, was working in the garden at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Clarence Hocker also of Montoursville RD2.

David M. Hoover
David Mark Hoover, 22, of New Tripoli, currently residing at The Coplay House, 136 N. Front St., Coplay, died Wednesday in the Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of David S. and Joan B. (Brelsford) Hoover of New Tripoli.
He was a 2003 graduate of Parkland High School.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother, James E., at home; a sister, Sarah E. of East Stroudsburg; his maternal grandfather, D. Mark Brelsford of Muncy; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

Nancy L. “Gram” Hepburn, 74, of 2010 Fairview Road, Loyalsock Township, passed away, Sunday, Dec. 2, 2007 at her residence.

She was born Jan. 21, 1933 in Williamsport, the daughter of Homer R. and Susan I. Bigler Artley.

Nancy graduated from Montoursville High School in 1950. She had worked for the former 1st National Bank of Montoursville, Henry’s Barbeque, and most recently Joann’s Fabric. Nancy was a member of the Williamsport Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and treasurer of the Lycoming County Extension Board. She loved life and enjoyed knitting, sewing, traveling, and reading. Nancy loved spending time with family and friends and enjoyed having lunch with her schoolmates.

She and her husband, Donald W., celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary, May 29, 2007.

Surviving her besides her husband are three sons, Mark W. of Montoursville, Donald W. (Lucretia) Jr. of Milton, and Benjamin A. of Williamsport; two daughters, Crystal A. Hepburn-Moore of San Diego, Calif. and Betsy L. Hepburn-Day of Trout Run; a sister, Barbara (David) Halderman of Montoursville; and ten grandchildren, Benjamin R., Justin T., Nicholas J., Lindsay R., Aaron M., Lucas S., Chase A. Hepburn, Colby McCormick, and Caleb M. and Jacob R. Day.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 773 Cemetery Road, Williamsport, with Elder Vernon Porter officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Wednesday evening at the Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad Street, Montoursville from 6-8 p.m.

As a cancer survivor, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1948 E. Third Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
