Addtional research on the Ellis Island website shows that other Kurenda's came to the US and were also bound for Chester PA. A Rosalia Kurenda, 17; arrived on July 15, 1907, just one month before Jan's arrival. She was going to see an uncle: Michel Li?????. All these Kurenda's were born in Rilnika and bound for essentially the same place, so one would believe them to be siblings all traveling to the US the summer of 1907. A Julia Kurenda arrived January 8, 1910. The groups seemed to travel with delegations all bound for Chester, PA.
