Individual Note:
     The 1880 Census for Fairfield Twp., Lycoming Co., PA list a John M. Keebler, 29; and his wife, Priscilla 24, and their children Catherine M. 2 and Frederick M. 1. Also living with them is Emma Egli 12, sister-in-law to Mr. Keebler (=Priscilla's sister). John is a farmer.

The 1910 Census lists a John M. Keebler, 59 and his wife, Pricilla 54 living in Upper Fairfield Twp., Lycoming Co., PA. They have a daughter, Laura E. 16. Five of their six children are living. John is a farmer and owns his farm. They have been married 31 years. John's parents were born in Germany, all others born in PA. They live near George Baxter and Jacob Fry. (April 15, 1910; E.D. 38; sheet 11A).

Frances A. Winder
Miss Frances A. Winder of 434 South Broad Street, died at her home after a short illness with pneumonia. She conducted a millinery store for the past thirty-five years and was the daughter of Phoebe and the late Theodore Winder. Besides her mother, she is survived by a brother, Theodore E. Winder. The funeral will be held from her late home on Wednesday afternoon at 8 o'clock. The Rev. Charles H. Elder of the Trinity M.E. Church will conduct the services. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Clifford P. Taylor.

     The 1860 census lists Catherine (maiden name UNKNOWN) Winder lived in the 4th Ward of Trenton, Mercer County, New Jersey in 1860. It states that she does plain sewing and has $100 in estate value. All born in NJ. Also living with her are Pheoby A. Morris, 18; John R. Winders, 16; Delilah, 12; Warren, 9; Robert C., 5; James B., 3. Phoeby was married within the last year.

     The 1870 census of Hamilton Twp. Mercer Co, NJ lists a John Wynder 24 and his wife, Louisa, 17. He is a farm laborer, they have $100 in personal property. Both were born in New Jersey.

According to the 1880 Federal Census, John R. Winder and his family lived in Hamilton Twp, Mercer Co., NJ. (John, 36, a farmer, he and his parents were born in NJ; Louisa, 27 keeping house, she and her parents were born in PA; William H. 9, son b. PA; Edward 7, b. NJ; James, 4 son b. NJ; Elizabeth 1, daughter, b. NJ. (E.D. 113; p. 549. June 21, 1880.)

The New Jersey State Census of 1895 lists a John Winder and his family living in the 11th Ward of Trenton, Mercer Co., NJ.

The 1900 Federal Census Lists John Winder, 56 and his wife, Louisa 47, living at 1230 Clinton, 11th Ward, Trenton, Mercer Co., NJ. Also living with them is their duaghers, Elizabeth 21 and Anna K. 17, son, John H. Winder, 11 and granddaughter, Ida, 6. Louisa and her parents were born in PA. All others were born in NJ. John Sr. is a day laborer and rents his house. John and Louisa have been married 30 years with 5 of 6 children living. Elizabeth is a milliner and Anna is a woolen burler. The 1910 Federal Census Lists John Winder, 67 and his wife, Louisa A. living at 215 Rushing Street, 11th Ward, Trenton, Mercer Co., NJ. Also living with them is their son, H. John Winder, 20 and granddaughter, Ida, 17. Louisa and her parents were born in PA. All others were born in NJ. John Sr. works in a mill. (April 18, 1910: E.D. 86; Sheet 2A)

The Sunday Advertiser/Times Advertiser (Trenton, NJ) lists the death of a John R. Winder of 215 Rusling Street on December 4, 1912.

Individual Note:
     The 1870 census list a Warren Winder, 18 living in Fallsington, Falls Twp., Bucks Co. PA. He is a laborer and living with the P. William Crozer farm family. Warren was born in New Jersey.

The 1880 census lists Warren Winder, 29 and his wife, Lillie A. 28 living on Broad St. Chambersburg, Mercer Co., NJ. Also living with them is a boarder, Emma R. Rickey, 20 (who is believed to be Lillie's sister). Another boarder, Enoch VanCamp, 24 lives with them; he is a blacksmith. Warren is a carpenter; he and his parents were all born in New Jersey. Lillie and Emma's parents her born in PA. Mr. VanCamp and his parents were born in NJ. (P. 478A. District 1. June 1, 1880).

Warren Winder and his family lived at 51 Susquehanna St., Wilkes-Barre, PA in 1900.

The 1900 Federal Census E.D.. lists Warren Winder, 47 and his wife, Lillie A., 47 and son Warren are living at 51 Susquehanna Street. Warren is a carpenter. Both were 27 when they got married. They have only one child. He rents the house. He was unemployed for 6 months. Warren and his parents were born in New Jersey. Lillie and her parents were born in PA. Warren Jr. was born in PA.

The 1910 Federal Census E.D. 645 Visit 033. Warren Winder and his family lived at 2425 Chadwick St., Philadelphia, PA in 1910. Warren is 58 born in NJ, a carpenter (house), married for 37 years and only has ever had one child. Lillie A. is 57 born in PA. Warren Jr. is 13 and born in PA.

The 1920 Federal Census, E.D. 893 Sheet 6B. Warren Winder 68, a carpenter; wife, Lillie A. 67; and son Warren 23, a printer. They live at 2504 N. Chadwick St. (28th Ward) Philadelphia PA.

Kenneth L. Miller
       Kenneth L. Miller, 80, a resident of R.R. #3, Muncy, passed away at 6:59 P.M. on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004 in the Muncy Valley Hospital where he was taken after being stricken at his residence. Born in Upper Fairfield Twp., Lycoming County, on Sunday, March 16, 1924, he was the son of the late Louis W. and Laura E. (Keebler) Miller.
