Lived at 1128 Tucker Street, Williamsport according the the 1889-1892 directory for Williamsport, PA. He was a laborer.

The 1920 census lists Rudolph Richner, 54; his wife, Clara, 59 and family living at 1128 Tucker St., Williamsport, Lycoming Co., PA. Also living with them is Rudolph's sister, Emma, 64; his daughter, Emma, 36; son--in-law, James M. Winder, 36; grandsons, Mahlon Winder, 12 and Austin R. Winder 9. Rudolph is a sander in a plaining mill. James M. Winder is a clerk at a wholesale grocery. Rudolph's parents were both born in Switerland. Clara's father was born in PA, and mother in Germany. All members were born in PA. E.D. 77 Sheet 3A, 1st Ward of Williamsport.
