Text:   Jack Fry Webster, 90, a resident of Rose View Center, passed away there at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2008, with his family by his side. He formerly resided in Old Lycoming Township.
   
Mr. Webster attended South Williamsport High School and enjoyed playing basketball. He had retired as a machinist from Darling Valve after 36 years of service.
   
Mr. Webster was a member of the Church of the Savior, West End Lutheran Co-Operative Ministry for Everyone.
   
Mr. Webster enjoyed cars, gardening, carpentry and sports, especially baseball. He was a coach and volunteer for Old Lycoming Township Little League.
   
He was born June 21, 1917, in Muncy. He was a son of the late Norman and Clara May Fry Webster.
   
He was predeceased by his wife of over 50 years, the former Rose Marie Noon, who passed on January 9, 1993 along with his two brothers, Donald L. Webster, who died in the Korean War and Kenneth E. Webster, who passed on November 2, 1988.
   
Surviving are a daughter, Diane Horton, of Williamsport; two sons Paul (Barb) Webster of Lancaster, Virginia and Donald (Jacklyn) Webster of South Williamsport; a brother, Floyd (Mary Jane) Webster of Williamsport; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
   
He will be greatly missed and often thought of. He was a wonderful father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is now in peace together with his lost love Rose Marie, who he missed daily.
   
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the Maneval Funeral Home, Ltd. “A Life Celebration Home”, 500 West Fourth Street, with the Rev. H. Frank Showers officiating. There will be a visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery.
   
The family will provide flowers and suggests memorial contributions in Jack’s name to Heartland Hospice, 101 Leader Drive, Williamsport, PA 17701.

Text:   "HUGHESVILLE--Rolland U. Fry, 82, of Hughesville RD 2, died at 8:45 a.m. today, Wednesday, March 23, 1983, in Muncy Valley Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was last admitted as a medical patient on Friday.
Born July 3, 1900, in Penn Twp., he was a son of Stephen and Ella Jane Nunn Fry.
He was a retired farmer.
Mr. Fry was a member of Mount Zion Lutheran Church, Hughesville RD 2.
Surviving are his wife, the former Eleanor M. Shaner; a daughter, Mrs. P. Lauchle, of Hughesville RD 2; a brother, LaRue W., of Montoursville; a half brother, Alvin J., of Picture Rocks, and a grandson.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at McCarty-Thomas', 557 East Water Street, with the Rev. George E. Doran, his pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, Hughesville RD 2.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday."
